Today, I was asked the following question:
“What is the best way you can describe these periods of your life in about a sentence?”
I found it to be an interesting exercise.
Maybe you will also.

Or not.
🧵 A quiet New Year reflection on the seasons of my life:
15–20
The most unhappy and confusing years of my life.
20–25
I began discovering who I wanted to be and slowly built social confidence.
25–30
Confidence grew as I started carving out a path that felt like my own.
30–35
I discovered what I was capable of and learned to trust myself.
35–40
Everything unraveled—financially, emotionally, personally. I was a mess. Starting over.
45–50
I shed negativity, let go of old baggage, and reconnected with the real me.
50–55
I am becoming myself and learning to genuinely love life.
The Future:
55–60
Intentionally leveling up—personally and professionally—on my own terms.
The lesson:
Life isn’t linear.
Some chapters break you.
Others rebuild you.
The best ones often come later than expected.
