Canola Basis Update

This will likely be a volatile week in all financial markets.

Keep an eye on the SE Saskatchewan Canola Basis which has been trading in a descending or falling channel pattern.

The bottom trendline is being retested.

The basis is currently higher than the 2021 low and could be bottoming.

An upside penetration of the upper trend line often leads to much higher prices.
