One must love ascending wedges on the Canola Weekly Nearby price chart.

I know I do.

My guess is you do.

The price can stay within a wedge for a very long time.

Maybe forever.

But I am not aware of an example in which it has.

Cause wedges have edges.

So, in my opinion, you must look for levels of potential resistance.

Areas where the price slows down.

Where the price tops.

Where sellers step in and are more aggressive than the buyers.

We won’t know where that is until after the fact.

So we look for levels of interest.

Where the probability of selling, either short-term or long-term, is increasing.
