Grain Market Technical Analysis

The past three days have brought discussions with three producers.

Producer One sold Canola for cash, replacing the physical with a July Canola Futures position to take advantage of this rising price. He devised a plan to secure profits before his ski vacation.

Producer Two followed last week’s Chicago Wheat Futures analysis and is in a profitable position, and has raised his stop to secure profits.

Producer Three has researched using Futures and has decided that he is not interested. I hope to have the opportunity to alleviate these concerns by sharing my approach.

Marketing does not have to end with the sale of the physical.
