Earlier this year, a conversation about farmland values sparked a tremendous amount of interest across the agricultural community.
In June of 2025, I introduced a contrarian thesis after becoming the first analyst to chart more than 100 years of Saskatchewan farmland values and apply technical analysis tools such as RSI, Fibonacci retracements, and Elliott Wave structure.
Then in January, investor Robert Andjelic presented a different perspective, warning about tightening global capital conditions, but arguing that farmland itself may be structurally insulated from major declines.
Since then, more land has surfaced on the market, sentiment has shifted, and new questions are emerging.
So we thought it was time to revisit the conversation.
